Native, amazingly drought tolerant shrub seen throughout Colorado. This is our native sage brush to the Western Slope. This shrub is an excellent pioneer plant in disturbed areas and can make a fantastic hedgerow or wind break. Growing to 12’ tall and wide depending on water and exposure. Silvery leaves on branches with peeling bark, this shrub can be hedged to any height and will withstand even the most harsh conditions.
